Llwyn Mafon Isaf Farm and Bed and Breakfast (Right) is set in stunning surroundings one side of the house you look over the mountains of Snowdonia the other across the majestic Cardigan Bay (Below).

Llwyn Mafon Isaf Farm and Bed and Breakfast is ideally situated, 3.5 miles from the seaside town of Criccieth (Top), 5 miles from Porthmadog harbour and 6 miles from the World famous Portmeirion.

The Farm is also set in 350 Acres of items own land and guests are encouraged to relax in the grounds and watch the comings and going of the livestock on the Farm.

The close by town of Criccieth must surely enjoy one of the most beautiful locations to be found anywhere. Situated on the coast at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with all its attractions there is something to do for everybody. Castles, walks, mountains, beaches, scenery, trains, golf, water sports, fishing, plus excellent visitor attractions in abundance.

Along the coast is Porthmadog is a bustling town, full of individual shops and places to eat. It has with a strong and proud heritage, culture and community. The Welsh language is a key part of its identity, commonly spoken here and its people are particularly warm and friendly.

Lastly further along is the World famous Clough William Ellis designed Portmeirion, one not to be missed.
